1) What is your favourite music genre?

Soundtrack and Hip Hop

2) Do you like to write music in different styles, or has your writing a specific direction?

Depending on the moving image, the style varies according to the expectations of crew and audience, and inner-self too.

3) Is it easier to write music in a “Happy-Light” or “Crime Thriller” mood?

Everything is same, once we are in the process of creating, the flow is unbreakable.

4) Which “Mood” do you prefer to write music?

A tough question, but, Atmospheric minimal epic.

5) How is the process to write music for the project “Apps and Games”?

Being a motion picture composer, frankly have little idea about this area of writing music.

6) In the past, from the pure idea to the production of a soundtrack (until the mastering), all the passages where fulfilled by different professionals. Nowadays the tendency is that all is made by the composer. How did you prepared yourself to deal with these new requirements?

Not every composer follows that. I prefer to work as a team and majority of the time, i split the work depending on the area of expertise of the team member.

7) How do softwares and sound libraries help you as a composer? What kind of limitation, if there are?

I try to make sure, i use technology only as a base for my ideas execution. Of course, i have a couple of libraries, nothing big or specific, but I use variety of DAW depending on the situation and same applies to sound libraries. I try to create most of my sounds.

8) How long does it takes to you to write a soundtrack?

Depending on schedules of individual work, the speed of creation varies.

9) Are you a composer with hundreds of sketches in your desk, which you use and develop when necessary, or do you prefer to complete one composition at time?

I do one by one, “One thing at a time”.

10) How much are you influenced from the customer’s expectations?

At the end of the day costumers expectations is reality. I try to make sure everything is properly positioned at center.

He has composed, co-composed, edited, arranged, programmed, orchestrated and mixed for various films that have been showcased at numerous renowned film festivals around the world.
